Who we are
Founded by David and Kristie Allen, our mission is to support the youth of Central Louisiana in overcoming the challenges they face—be they educational, familial, legal, spiritual, or physical. With a lifelong passion for empowering young people, David and Kristie are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of youth from all walks of life.
David Allen is a seasoned political professional currently serving as the chief advisor to Senator Heather Cloud, where he plays a crucial role in legislative and political affairs. With over 14 years of experience in government, David has collaborated with members of Congress, governors, and presidential candidates, all while nurturing his passion for empowering youth and families through public service. Recently, he has focused on criminal justice reform, striving to improve outcomes for juveniles and tackle the juvenile crime epidemic.
Kristie Allen is a proud graduate of Rhema Bible Training College and has dedicated more than 20 years to youth ministry in her local church. Currently, she shares her talents and faith at Christian Worship Center, where both she and David are active members. This vibrant church in Central Louisiana is committed to uplifting local communities and supporting families throughout Rapides Parish and beyond. Kristie also serves as the President of Rapides Teens for a Brighter Future, where she passionately advocates for the needs and potential of young people in the region.
